All products are tested for respective application multiple times before shipment to buyer, however we try our best to give you a faultless products but still our products have a limited warranty for manufacturing faults only and our decision over the warranty claim shall be final and binding to the customer. Please Note: No warranty claims will be entertained without the INVOICE COPY

How to Claim Warranty on any Product during the Warranty Period:

Make sure you have the original invoice. send mail to support@batterymasteronline.com with copy of invoice clearly mentioning nature of fault in the product, share image and video if possible. This warranty does not cover: Normal wear and tear Physical Damage Negligence (before or during use/ absence of holding bracket) Burst due to any reason. Once it is confirmed that product has a manufacturing fault and needs a replacement, customer has to send back defective product and bear the cost to shipment to our stores in Mauritius ( address is mentioned on the purchase invoice). After receiving defective product we will ship or refund the original purchase amount (excluding shipment cost incurred at the time or purchase ) within 7 days of receiving defective product.
