The Product Warranty is mentioned on the warranty card provided at the time of purchase, kindly follow the guidelines & warranty period mentioned on the warranty card.

From date of purchase
Yokohama EW and AGM BATTERIES ANY MAKE : 24 Months
YOKOHAMA PLATINUM SMF: 20 MONTHS
YOKOHAMA PLATINUM SMF For Smart Stop Cars: 12 MONTHS
SMF BATTERIES ANY MAKE : 18 MONTHS
Motorcycle Batteries : NO WARRANTY
FLEXI WARRANTY OFFER : 24 MONTHS : Full Replacement, 36 MONTHS : PRORATA BASIS

Following vehicles are excluded from above mentioned warranty period:

Taxi & Commercial Vehicles: 12 MONTHS
Non Road Applications: 6 MONTHS
All vehicle above 15 years old: 12 MONTHS

All products sold on batterymasteronline.com are 100% genuine and have different warranties as per the respective product specification. Importer or the Authorised distributor of the product is solely liable for any promises and warranties made out on the said product. And their decision over the warranty claim shall be final and binding to the customer.

Please Note: No warranty claims will be entertained without the ORIGINAL WARRANTY CARD.

How to Claim Warranty on any Product during the Warranty Period?

Make sure you have the original warranty card.
Call the customer care no. of the respective importer or distributor and provide details related to your product and the problem you are facing.
The supplier’s service team will schedule an inspection to diagnose and resolve the issue. If the on-site service is not available then the supplier may guide you to the nearest authorized service center.
You'll need to present the original invoice & warranty card and handover a copy of each to the service personnel.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Physical Damage
  • Sulphation due to battery being idle for long period.
  • Incorrect Application
  • Negligence (before or during use/ absence of holding bracket)
  • Over-charging
  • Use in other vehicle other than registered in warranty card.
  • Burst due to any reason.
  • Damage to Terminals.
  • Undercharging ( on load if less than 14.50 V (* 28.00) and off load less than 14.5V (*28.0) ). For 12 volts system ( *for 24 Volts System )
  • Overcharging : above 14.5 Volts (*28 ) on and off load. (* for 24 Volts System )
