All batteries sold by batterymasteronline.com are sourced from the battery manufacturers and local importers which are distributed or sold online in Mauritius by BATTERY MASTER ONLINE LIMITED. Where as in countries other then Mauritius batterymasteronline.com sources from dealers and suppliers authorized by the battery manufacturers.
All products sold by us come with our or manufacturers' warranty and proper invoice. There are no hidden costs, extra taxes, or additional shipping charges on products offered by us.
Order Placement and Delivery Timings
*All Delivery Methods are subjected to availability during the day, during peak days all DELIVERY METHODS ARE SOMETIMES NOT AVAILABLE. CALL HOTLINE 86868 (Weekdays 7AM till 7PM) To confirm available delivery method in your region. You can place the order online anytime, all orders received before 1:00 PM Local Time are installed same day* (applicable as per selected delivery method on car batteries only). Orders received after 1:00 PM may be delivered the same day, if same day delivery is not possible, orders will be delivered the next working day. For Orders received on Saturday, Sunday and Public holidays the delivery will be scheduled for the next working day. PLEASE NOTE THAT DELIVERY METHOD AND TIME VARIES DURING CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR HOLIDAYS BETWEEN 22nd December Till 8th January Every Year.
The delivery is closed for Saturday, Sundays or Public Holidays, CYCLONE WARNING CLASS 2 IS IN FORCE. The 4 hours* delivery commitment is only applicable on car batteries where express delivery option is chosen by purchaser. If you are ordering any other product, please check out the respective product's detail page to know the delivery time. Delivery starts 10:00 AM onwards every day.
Once we receive your order, our respective delivery division shall sms/whatsApp or call you to confirm the order, shipping details and your availability is confirmed, the battery (ies) will be delivered to the shipping address provided.
Delivery:
For all listed cities in the website, the delivery is PAID DELIVERY OR PAID Express Delivery OR FREE DELIVERY Delivery area shall be entire city as per the respective State territory jurisdiction and limits defined by the city Municipal Corporation, authority or administration respectively.
In some of the Cities, locations because of the 'security reasons' same day delivery is not available after 4:00 PM. There may be a delay in delivery in case of any unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances like stock unavailability, heavy rains, traffic jams etc., cyclonic conditions.
Installation Information:
Installation of batteries for location above the ground floor up to second floor (without a working lift) is subject to nominal labor charges equivalent of USD 50. A working lift is mandatory for installation locations above second floor.
For UPS / solar i.e. installation is limited to connecting with the UPS/INVERTOR ONLY. It doesn’t cover any additional wiring/connections or any electrical accessories like wires, switches, sockets etc.
For installations in vehicles a nominal fee equivalent to USD 5/battery is applicable for all Japanese vehicles. And equivalent to USD 10 in case of Mercedes, BMW, Jaguar and Audi (excluding battery registration/coding after new battery installation) range of vehicles. All other vehicle, Lorries and commercial vehicles not mentioned above installation charge will be equivalent to USD 20.
